PUDUOTE METAL machines titanium and special-alloy parts to drawing. When you send an enquiry, it is read by the people who will make the part.
What we do
We make roller chains and sprockets, pipe fittings, non-standard flanges and fully custom machined components in titanium, stainless steel and nickel alloys. Most of what we ship is not in any catalogue: it is a part a customer needed and could not buy.
Our customers are OEMs, conveyor and machinery builders, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, shipyards and maintenance departments that need a part reproduced fast and correctly.
How we work
Drawing first
We do not quote from a vague description. A drawing, a photo with dimensions or a sample — then we talk price.
Honest about limits
If a part is outside our capability, or if a cheaper material would do the job, we say so. Losing one order is cheaper than one bad shipment.
One contact
The person who quotes your part is the person who follows it through production and shipping.
Practical information
- Location
- Jiangsu Province, China — near Shanghai port for sea freight and Shanghai / Nanjing airports for air freight.
- Working languages
- English, Chinese. Technical drawings in German and Japanese are read without difficulty.
- Working hours
- Monday to Saturday, 08:30–18:00 GMT+8. WhatsApp messages are answered outside these hours when we can.
- Minimum order
- One piece for non-standard parts. There is no minimum on a first article.
- Payment
- To be agreed per order — typically T/T. Terms are discussed before production, not after.
